I've got some time to make the propguards even though I don't need them yet. Printing them separately creates the strongest components. First, print out the PDF layout and secure the hoop and assembly stand in place using tape. Align and level the arms as you attach them to the hoop. Next, attach the arms to the hub. If everything looks good, apply a generous coat of CA adhesive to all joints.
