This calls for a QRP End Feed Half Wave Antenna Transformer built around a T50-43 Toroid. To build one, you'll need a T50-43 Toroid, Banana Plug, 100-110pf Silva Mica Capacitor rated at 1kv, Enamelled Copper Wire for the windings, BNC Panel Mount Socket, Antenna Wire and some Connectors to complete the antenna. As a Broad Band Transformer design, you can use this multiband as long as your Antenna Wire is long enough to support higher band resonance.
