Effectorminator 2.0 Remix for Rapido + Sherpa Mini + 5015
thingiverse
This is a Remix of Tondenbraber's Effectorminator 2.0 to use with the Rapido Hotend + Sherpa mini + 2 5015 fans. Liked his designed a lot but it wasn't Rapido Ready so i decided to try my luck with some minor changes along with some help from Jake Allen from JLDesigns3D for the top piece (you can check his work on Cults3d). This is a very early release since i have a beginners knowledge in Fusion360. Most of the parts from the original build and remixes should be compatible with this remix. Don't forget the PTFE Tube from the Hotend to the Extruder Changes made: - Hotend Fan Hole made bigger to use the entirety of the fan blades as well as some rounding for the Rapido and trimming some extra weight. - Changed original Fanduct to accomodate a 5015 fan, fan doesn't move and hasn't touched rods even going as close as the towers. - Body remained untouched for most part with only some rounding to accomodate the Rapido Hotend as i wanted to keep the design and rigidity as well as compatibility with other remixes. TO DO: - Add a Top Sherpa Micro and sailfin part for compatibility - Make a new Fanduct once i understand how to do them properly. - Test if a single 5015 fan can handle the cooling alone and release a single 5015 Fanduct (2x 5015s throw a ton of air)
