EfE --- Easy feed Extruder

EfE --- Easy feed Extruder

Here is my new Easy feed Extruder design, aimed at rapidly switching between filaments. Initial testing has begun, and modifications will follow suit in the coming days. For now, a 55 mm long M5 threaded rod serves as the axis for filament transport, secured by a modified M5 expansion anchor locked with two M5 Nuts. Three 5-625 ball bearings are used: two to support the axis and one to press against the filament, ensuring smooth movement. Once this design proves stable, an automatic filament changer will be developed to complement it. This extruder fits perfectly on my K8200 mod, as demonstrated here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:713098. I've adjusted the steps for the extruder to 370 in this configuration, and results have been positive so far. My goal is to refine the design through hands-on experience, refining it step by step until it reaches optimal performance. I apologize for the poor photo quality – my phone's camera isn't exactly top-notch. However, as you can see from one of the photos, filament changes are now possible during printing itself.
