EEZYBOTARM MK2 - BASE Redesign

EEZYBOTARM MK2 - BASE Redesign

thingiverse

This is a fresh take on the EEZYbotARM Mk2 base. My main objective was to incorporate mounting points seamlessly into the base, providing it with a wider stance for increased lateral stability. Additionally, I noticed that the original design didn't include a way to route servo cables from the base, so I added a channel and an exit point to address this issue. With this redesign, I was able to craft a new cover to complement it. I'd love to hear your feedback on this reimagined base – if you're not thrilled with it, that's perfectly okay! To facilitate further modifications or experimentation, I've included the STEP file for anyone interested in making changes. While the geometry surfaces aren't as polished as I would have liked, this was my initial attempt at tackling a project of this nature. Happy Printing!
