EEZYbotARM MK2
cults3d
This is a 3D printed robotic arm that builds upon the success of my previous smaller model, EEZYbotARM. I simply call it MK2 (make two) because it's a little bigger and stronger, allowing for an acceptable payload. It was designed without a specific purpose in mind, with education as its primary goal. The idea is to provide a suitable platform that allows you to focus on exploring all its potential applications. The kinematic linkage of the ABB IRB460 has been scaled down by a ratio of 1:7. I've also implemented some additional features, such as a replaceable clamp with quick coupler and internal cable routing in the main big arms. The vertical axis is supported by spheres. I'm currently evaluating whether or not to add a counterweight or balancing spring for the main arm.
