Eeyee

This is Eeyee, a character inspired by my Dungeons & Dragons persona from the Chiropteran race - bat people!!! I created her during my final quarter at SCAD as part of a fun project. My intention was to create a modern version of my beloved bat girl that would be engaging and interesting to work with in class, so I based her on something I wear regularly. In doing so, she became essentially a version of myself! The concept revolves around Eeyee trying to summon the demon Azazel for no particular reason other than it seemed like fun. I had an absolute blast creating this character, and I hope you enjoy my Eeyee too! The character was sculpted in Zbrush, while the props were modeled using Maya, except for the candles which were also sculpted in Zbrush. The entire model underwent retopologization in TopoGun, with a few exceptions that required Quad-draw in Maya for easier manipulation. Texturing was handled by Substance Painter, and Photoshop was used to create various Alphas utilized within Painter. The initial render was done in Marmoset, although the candlelights are noticeably absent due to my unfamiliarity with Sketchfab's capabilities.
