CUTE-shaped cookie cutters of eevee and eeveelutions I attach the recipe I use for the cookies. Ingredients 125 gr. of butter 50 gr. sugar 170 gr. flour Preparation In a bowl mix the flour previously sifted with a sieve or large sieve, sugar and butter at room temperature. Knead by hand or with a mixer. If we knead by hand, at first it seems that there is excess flour but in a few minutes we will get a consistent and manageable dough. Divide the dough in two, make a ball with each half and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180º. After 15 minutes, smooth out each ball with a rolling pin and leave a dough of approximately 0.5 cm. If the dough sticks to the rolling pin, we grease it with a little oil. With the EEVEELUTIONS cutter, we remove shapes from the dough and place them on the baking tray on greaseproof paper. Bake for 15 minutes making sure they do not burn, they should be white, slightly toasted but not too much. It may seem that they are very soft but it is the typical dough that hardens out of the oven. Let them warm and they are ready to eat.
