The pieces you need to build the sumo robot used in the TPR class of 3rd ESO are listed below. It is fully designed with Blender 3D. These parts connect using M3 metric screws and the bumper with two screws and nuts M4. The battery holders, and the Arduino board are placed on supports held by double-sided Velcro tape. To simplify cable connections and avoid the use of a protoboard, it is recommended to use an Arduino Shield: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079DJPP54/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_MR0.Db2RXSR0Y The wheel parts include two channels for placing the tires, which are two 56mm ID by 3mm thick rubber rings: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EZZEGAK/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_CV0.DbQV13N4G The robot can be equipped with an ultrasonic sensor, several infrared sensors and two continuous rotation servos. The bumper should be screwed in to elevate the robot enough for it to slide smoothly across a smooth surface like a melamine table top. There are three versions of bumpers available, so print the one that looks best to you. The ultrasonic sensor holder can be snapped or screwed into place. Credits: * The servo support part was designed from BQ's PrintBot Renacuajo object and has been slightly adjusted for better fitment with M3 screws. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:210098 * The wheels are an edited version of Obijuan's design, increasing the diameter and doubling the tire grooves to improve traction on the ground.
