edits to Marty_Z's external enclosure bits ++ +- ender 5 plus

I pulled together a couple different external case mods for the ender 5 plus and modified them for different hardware.. much more efficient than redesigning the wheel. big thanks to Marty_Z, YuTRON, and alpokemon who did the heavy lifting for this project. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4790166 I've upgraded my ender 5 plus to use a BTT SKR2, BTT TFT 5.0 v3, Mean Well Se450_24 PSU, and a TH3D Mosfet, so all kinds of holes had to be moved. I redesigned the PSU case based on the concepts of Marty_Z's but I redrew it because it was faster for me to do than edits... this PSU case is designed to fit the MeanWell meanwell Se 450W 24V (The one TH3D carries). the formfactor is completely different than the stock one. I also modified his board-box cover (for grins) with ender dragons. The PSU rear deck covers are available in plain, dragon, and evil squirrel https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5086980 I used YuTRON's remix for the BTT SKR2, and modified the standoffs for the Mosfet to fit the TH3D upgraded one.
