I've combined the 2 parts from Lewj's original design so they can be printed as a single piece. The total height, assuming an STL orientation with supports, is 104.63mm, well within standard 200mm build dimensions. Joining these pieces directly off the printer minimizes filling and sanding needs for a smooth finish.
