adapter for maglite D cell flashlight to 21700. loading tube is design for 1" OD tube. End caps slip onto 1"tube that had been cut to length. Adapter has an 8mm hole at the bottom for a 8mmX10mm tall spring (the bottom inside plate is 5mm thick). 33mmOD, 22mm ID. spring attached to back of cap for connection electrical tape used to have a semi-tight fit for adapter to not easily slide out when changing batteries. batteries used were salvaged tesla 21700 batteries.
