This text illustrates three chain models created using Array, Curve, and Subdivision Surface modifiers in Blender without deformation by curve. You can customize the number of links and shape via curve editing. All objects and materials have been named for easy identification, and they're set up to render with Cycles. The polygon counts per link are 128, 160, and 216 respectively. Please note that this works only in Blender.
