will print in 1x piece without issue! Based directly off the original Edison Standard horn. "Same size and contour" from around year 1899. Horns mouth for Edison "C" Reproducer measuring 16.256MM or .640 inch. With half a mm of wiggle room. It should fit perfectly without any modification to the horn. I printed at 0.2mm. Took about 4 hours to fully print.
