These were designed using Tinkercad, which is why they are multi-faceted rather than completely round. Once painted with a robust outdoor metal paint the facets are masked, the secret in getting these looking good and lasting is in the painting afterwards. making sure that no gaps exist for water to penetrate to form ice and push the two halves apart. I used Black Pla and recommend superglue to bind them in situ (pre-painting all over and post painting improves the robustness). very easy to remix using Tinkercad and a lot cheaper than replacement cast iron ones
