Edgelord Canopies
thingiverse
These are the V2 Edgelord Canopies, including an unchanged Lioness for easy comparison. The Hound and Mountain That Flies were modified to fit the New Bee Drone Brushless Cockroach frame and simplify cut lines for those using curved RC car body shears. Mesh repairs were also made. Mounts were designed with dipole antennas in mind; circular polarized antennas may require extra cutting. Pictures show a red, V1 Hound alongside the Lioness and V2 Mountain. Extra cutting was necessary to fit the V1's on the slightly larger ducts of the Cockroach frame, unlike the V2's and the Lioness. An unpainted Lioness is shown with an FX950TW camera, demonstrating available space beneath the smallest canopy. Fit has been confirmed for all three canopies on New Bee Drone Cockroach, Brushless Cockroach 65mm frames, BetaFPV Pro Brushless 65mm frame (1 and 2s versions), BetaFPV Pro V1 1s Brushless 75mm frame, and BetaFPV 65mm 0716 brushed frame. Usage cases include: The Mountain That Flies can fit up to 18X18X8mm AIO with no tilt taped to the FC. A 16X16X8mm AIO with 30 degrees of tilt on a low profile mount should also fit, as well as most mullet modded cameras with VTX's up to 16mm wide by 18mm long, depending on camera size and arrangement. The Hound can handle about 14mm tall by 16mm wide, mullet modded cameras and mounts, but can accommodate thicker ones like the CaddX Firefly with a lower profile mount. Uptilts range from 0 to 35 degrees, and VTX's up to 14mm wide by 16mm long. The Lioness can house 14X14mm mullet modded cameras and VTX's up to 14mm wide by 16mm long. Uptilts range from 0 to 30 degrees, working best for setups like the FX900TW and FX950TW along with similar sized cameras and mounts.
