Edge Cleanup and Chamfer Tool
thingiverse
I frequently produce square enclosures and my Z height isn't always spot on, resulting in some extra flashing around the edges of my prints. This device was created to hold a .75" tall standard razor blade and keep fingers safely behind guards. It's designed for trimming and chamfering edges. The flush version trims all the way to the corner, while the chamfering version trims about a 1mm wide chamfer at 45º degrees with the blade held at a 60º angle to the edge. It works best on straight edges. Be careful, because the blade is still exposed at the tip. As it's set up, it's for a pull cut if you're right handed. If you prefer a push cut (which is safer but less controlled), mirror the tool. Remember not to pull the tool into your holding hand or clamp your piece incorrectly.
