Edgartown Harbor Light Lighthouse
thingiverse
This is a model of the Edgartown Harbor Light in Edgartown, MA on Martha's Vineyard. I designed this model as a functioning lighthouse which uses a 3mm LED and a spinning hood of sorts to direct the light in a circle. It was designed to fit on a 3D printer and attach to the extruder stepper motor as a extruder visualizer and is largely decorative although could be used to diagnose stepper motor issues. I designed this to fit on my Creality CR-10S, and it slots onto the runout sensor, although you could design a custom mount for other printers. Or print the lighthouse simply as a decoration. I did not set this to any specific scale, although if someone was interested in it in HO, I could figure that out if you want to message me. Thanks, sorry if this is a little disorganized, this is my first project on here!
