EDF 93 - complete - with 6 different Rotors

NEW DRAW!! June 2019 - The wait is over! Here's the complete object. Make it and test it now! These are my fans for all existing radio-controlled jets, designed after months of thorough study. I can assure you that the result is simply astounding! From small 63 to large 137 (73, 83, 93, 103, 113, 123, 127, 137), my fans are slightly larger than the market standard. The measurements refer to the diameter of the rotors; therefore, the bodies are bigger. Each complete fan includes four rotors and three or four shafts with different internal diameters for each type of fan, designed to be used with most electric brushless high-torque motors on the market! The rotors are unique, each featuring distinct blade morphology and warping. From the highly efficient 5-blade rotor (HDT, high dynamic thrust) to the huge-sound 11-blade rotor (HST, high static thrust), through the 7-blade and the 9-blade. The fans are designed to be double tightened: either with a bolt and then with the final spinner. Each fan package includes all accessories, keys included! At least as efficient as the fans on the market! With the difference that you can create them every time you want! How to print them: Forget about printing speed altogether! Slowness equals quality, and for rotors, safety is paramount! These are my rotors, printed according to the indicated instructions, which can turn at extremely high speeds! It's essential to have a printer with a nozzle that can reach 300 degrees. The starting target is an Anycubic i3 Mega with E3D V6. Expected filaments: PETG: Body; Intake Lip; Tail Cone. NYLON CARBON: Rotors; Shafts; Bolt; Nosepiece; Grains; Keys. EXTRUDER NOZZLES: 0.4 for parts to be printed with PETG: body, lip, and back cone. 0.2 for parts to be printed with NYLON-CARBON! SLICER: CURA.
