I encountered problems with my FlexTILT base vibrating every time I attached it to something. To solve this issue, I added a spacer and it instantly eliminated the vibration problem. I don't over-tighten the bottom of the screws at all so they can still pivot but now it functions smoothly without any annoying vibrations. This spacer prints in less than 5 minutes, making it an incredibly quick solution.
