To scale up your project, you'll need to upscale it by 2000% to 2500% if you want it to fit on a broom handle (or whatever surface you're using). Start by printing the rings and see how they fit on your broom. Once you've got that sorted, print the rest of the project accordingly. This is Edelgard's axe from Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
