Edelgard Horn Dangly

I'm excited to create some cosplay items for my Edelgard costume from Fire Emblem: Three Houses! Specifically, I want to make those awesome horn dangly things that she wears on her head. I'm a total newbie when it comes to crafting this type of stuff, but I thought I'd share my process in case anyone else wants to try their hand at making them too. Don't worry if you're not an expert like me - I'll walk through each step so you can follow along easily.
