I designed this model in Solidworks primarily with circles to avoid harsh lines present in many other designs. I also employed filleted edges for improved comfort. The dimensions required to recreate or adapt the design are as follows: 11mm radius holes, 25mm from center to center of outside holes, 7mm thickness, and a 3mm radius fillet. Unfortunately, the current design doesn't fit the bearings without sanding a little material away on the inside of the holes. I'm going to attempt printing at a 101% scale and see if that resolves the issue. If not, I will likely increase the bearing hole radius by .1 mm or so. I noticed 5.625 mm for a radius somewhere as a suitable number... let me know if you try any of this and it works/doesn't work! Edit 1: I printed the second design at 101% scale and the bearings fit without sanding, but not snugly enough. I'm going to try printing at 100.75% next. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: No Notes: Standard settings. Haven't experimented much yet. Let me know if you try something and it does/doesn't work! Edit 1: I would recommend doing full fill especially if you're making finger buttons. My second print only used supports and 10 percent infill and it warped slightly. Post-Printing Sanding I sanded my first print just for comfort. It also requires sanding out the holes a little until the bearings fit snugly. How I Designed This SolidWorks Designed using mainly circles in Solidworks.
