EDC minimal wallet
thingiverse
It's a wallet of remarkably compact dimensions with a pocket for carrying up to 6 credit cards and another for documents. Furthermore, using a rubber band, several bills can be securely held. The pocket is crafted from oiled leather to give it an aged appearance. The assembly process is remarkably straightforward: 1.- First, you'll need to print the two components with a filling of at least 40% to achieve optimal consistency. 2.- In the SVG file, you'll find the silhouette of all the components, but you only need to cut out (preferably using a laser) the 3 green-colored pieces that form the pocket. 3.- Next, insert the 11 M2 nuts using a soldering iron. 4.- Depending on the thickness of the leather used, secure the pocket with M2 screws. For a 2.5 mm leather, you'll need 2 M2x10 screws and 9 M2x12 screws. 5.- It's essential to cut an elastic band that's 20 mm wide and long enough to firmly close the portfolio. Attach the tape to the small piece so it's not visible and stiffens the assembly. If you find my designs intriguing, consider treating me to a cup of coffee: https://www.paypal.me/fbuenonet
