EDC 4mm Bit Holder
prusaprinters
Instructions:- 0.4mm nozzle required- Works best with vase mode--------I was looking for the most optimal way to package my 4mm bits to carry around daily. These designs are the most space-efficient I could come up with. Maximum length per bit is 30mm, but most 4mm bits are 28mm long, so there's a little extra space between them. All holder options come in 3 different tolerances (4.1mm, 4.15mm, and 4.2mm). If you know how many bits you want to carry, maybe try out all tolerances with the shortest model (2x1 and 3x1). I ended up needing the 4.2mm version since my printer is old and the tolerances aren't great.I tested the fit with iFixit bits and a random cheap set which I've owned for years (pictured). They should also fit Wiha's MicroBits, but I don't have those handy to test. Please let me know which other bits also work, thanks!Pictured:2x5 4.15mm with T6, T8, T10, H2, and H2.53x4 4.15mm with PH0, PH1, PZ0, and PZ13x1 4.20mm with T6, T8, and T102x1 4.20mm with PZ0 and PZ1
