I quickly realized my ECX Circuit stadium truck was experiencing very sloppy steering, so I swiftly designed and printed a new servo saver steering block. The result? Spot-on steering! I must admit that PLA might be a bit too rigid for this task and prone to snapping if you hit the front wheels too hard or don't provide enough give to save the servo. However, I could be mistaken! To ensure success, I printed my servo saver in ABS with 100% infill, no supports needed, which only takes a few minutes and slower is generally better. You might need to make some slight adjustments using a round or half-round needle file to achieve the best fit. If it's too tight, simply increase your X and Y axis by a couple of percent to get you in the ballpark.
