This is one of the crucial brush motor gears in the brush gearbox. Mine had deteriorated significantly, as evident from its worn-out appearance. Print at a setting of 100% infill to ensure optimal results. Due to the gear's minimal force requirements, you can print it with PLA material, but ABS or nylon would be an even better choice.
