The card holder is built specifically for sleeved cards, which I've successfully accommodated using Swan Panasia's sturdy 80x80mm thick sleeves. Update 11/04/19: There was still some extra space in the box, and I had to rotate the cards anyway, so I decided to use a leaf (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2405021) as a marker to indicate how many cards are left in the holder. The "leaves-tray" design needs to be printed three times or you can adjust its height to your liking. I designed them to stack neatly, but it's best to print them with supports enabled for optimal results.
