You won't hear it from me. It's available at a store, but trust me when I say it's worth the extra effort. A cabinet module made of PLA weighs approximately 60 grams. A drawer comes in at around 25 grams. Before starting your print job, do some quick math to see how much you'll save. Based on rigorous testing, this design holds up surprisingly well even with steel screws. The joints are solid, but be cautious when applying excessive force as it may cause them to crack. Printing with a 0.4mm nozzle yields the best results. Layer thickness was set at 0.3mm for optimal performance. I experimented with shell widths of 0.4 and 0.8mm. The latter produces a slightly stronger build, while the former is a few grams lighter. No infill was required. I hope you find this information helpful!
