The concept is straightforward: a bike with a broom attached at the front and a collector hub at the rear. These components have adjustable joints to maintain contact with the ground while following its contour. A protective edge and shock absorbers can be added for extra safety. This innovative design is cost-effective, silent, and engine-free; however, a vacuum cleaner could be incorporated for enhanced functionality.
