A dumbbell design is presented in which the counterweights are two gallon bottles of water. It is designed so that the central part is secured with two screws and two nuts, however, the bottles are secured by means of a thread which remains inside the central part, unifying everything in one piece. It is recommended to do it in a resistant filament such as PETG, ABS or similar.
