In our son's school project, we developed an innovative ECO car design after the first attempt was rejected due to pre-winding restrictions. For propulsion, the second model uses a unique system where a 75cm pull at the start winds an elastic band around the back axle. Upon release, this tension causes the axle to rotate and propel the car forward. To ensure accessibility, we used easily obtainable materials like a drainpipe, DVDs, lemonade bottle caps, treaded rods, and hot glue for assembly. Your support is much appreciated!
