I downsized my Printrbot's build area limitations by modifying the design in Tinkercad to fit a maximum dimension of 120mm. I retained the original divider configuration found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1430913. This custom storage system holds all base game tiles, as well as those from Rise of the Ancients and the Ships expansion pack, within two compact boxes.
