Eclipse Goggles
thingiverse
I Built Goggles for the Last Solar Eclipse Here in the United States. If You Find They Don't Fit, Use Self-Adhesive Weather Stripping to Get a Better Fit. To Make Them Work: Turn on "Support Everywhere" So the Two Strap Slots on Each Side Can Be Used Properly. You'll Need Elastic Velcro Side Straps Available from Amazon for Extra Support. Use Contact Cement or 3M Super 77 Spray Adhesive to Secure the Mylar Film to the PLA Goggles. The ISO 12312-2 Solar Safety Film Is Important; Check Out https://eclipse.aas.org/resources/solar-filters for Guidance on Using It Safely.
With this file you will be able to print Eclipse Goggles with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Eclipse Goggles.
