This shroud is crafted with a specific purpose in mind: to shield an Amazon Echo Input from any weather-related interference. Its design allows for easy mounting upside down, ensuring maximum protection against the elements. Strategically positioned holes direct rain downwards, while still permitting sound waves to enter the enclosure unimpeded. A protective lip around the base seals gaps between components, safeguarding them from moisture and debris. Furthermore, a double-bump cord entrance provides an added layer of defense against external contaminants. Please note that this shroud does not offer complete protection against humidity. As a work in progress, it's intended to undergo further testing over the summer of 2019, with potential adjustments made as necessary.
