Echo Frames Charging Stand
thingiverse
A Simple Charging Stand for the Amazon Echo Frames. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G62GWS4/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_fFohEbN635FXK The idea behind this charging stand was to create a simple solution that protects the lenses of the Echo Frames while they're being charged. By elevating them slightly, you can see them more easily and avoid scratching them against other objects on your table. I designed this print with a small notch for the charging light to remain visible and an indent for the physical buttons. It's still a work in progress, but I'd love to hear any suggestions you might have. This is my first published print, and I'm eager to improve it based on your feedback. The stand consists of two parts: the base and the frame dock. You can download the EFrameDock and EFrameBase files separately and print them individually. They should fit together smoothly, but if you prefer a more secure attachment, you can use glue. If you have a larger printer, you can use the EFrameMount file to print both parts at once. This will give you a better idea of what the finished product looks like. Future plans for this design include making it more aesthetically pleasing and adding an enclosed space in the base where weights can be added to prevent the stand from lifting up when removing the Echo Frames from the magnetic charger. I want to emphasize that I'm just a customer, not affiliated with Amazon in any way. Enjoy! This design was created using Tinkercad.
