Echo Dot Wall Mount

Echo Dot Wall Mount

thingiverse

This is another wall bracket for the Echo Dot Generation 1 that keeps the horizontal orientation of the six microphones intact - the renderings show the bracket on its side. While you'll only get 180 degrees pickup, it may still improve microphone performance. There are two cutouts on the backside so you can run power and speaker cords from one side or the other with clearance for plug bodies. The difference between the two is the width of the mounting plates - 95mm or 50mm. I made the 95mm first for flat walls, then the 50mm to mount on a bed's headboard side. I print this model on its "back" (as shown) and use supports.
