Echo Dot Skull Holder with sound escape
myminifactory
This is a remix of the Skull Echo Dot Holder Alexa by douwe1230, and it marks my first attempt at altering someone else's design. The original model failed to account for sound escaping out of the bottom of the Echo Dot, resulting in audio that sounded very muted. My modifications allow sound to escape from the Echo Dot and out of its mouth. Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Filament: Hatchbox PLA White Notes: I used zig-zag supports at a 15% infill for everything at 50 degrees and employed the support blocker tool to stop supports in the eyes, around the lip area, and in the small holes that go from the ring at the top of the skull into the tub that goes down to the mouth. It was largely a matter of best judgment here. There were many supports to cut out when I finished.
