Echo-Class Robotic Arm (Costume and Prop)

Echo-Class Robotic Arm (Costume and Prop)

thingiverse

A cutting-edge robotic arm with full articulation that functions as both a prop and a wearable costume piece. The model boasts multiple rotation points for optimal range of motion. Inside the arm lies a group of rings that can be attached to small loops within the fingers, enabling wearers to manipulate the fingers much like a normal human hand. To operate the hand, take a thin yet sturdy material, preferably fishing line, and run it through the small rings on the inside of the fingers. Each of these lines should end in a grip ring that can be worn around the fingers while wearing the arm. It's essential to note that the arm should be longer than the wearer's arm for proper fit, as the hand does not accommodate the wearer's hand unless it is removed. Special Instructions: The following files must be printed multiple times, each according to the specified directions: x5 Grip Ring.stl x9 Joint Bar.stl x5 Proximal Phalange.stl x5 Middle Phalange.stl x5 Distal Phalange.stl Important Notice: There are a few minor errors in the design that may make construction challenging. I will address these oversights soon and improve the model's wearability. For now, enjoy the model, and I'm open to suggestions and criticism. Please don't hesitate to comment on anything you'd like to see added or fixed in the design!
