Echo | 3 tone whistle
pinshape
The Whistle's origins lay in crafting the loudest whistle for 3D Printing purposes, as well as creating a more compact survival whistle. Designed for the individual seeking an easy-to-use, compact, and loud whistle for any situation - from survival to refereeing - this whistle delivers. Testing this print involved utilizing three distinct filament types: Wood, PLA, and ABS. Each worked flawlessly, with ABS proving the strongest, surviving every test I subjected it to, including being thrown to the ground, run over, and submerged in water. Although wood filament was slightly more brittle, it still endured all tests except for being run over. PLA exhibited a minor amount of damage but survived all tests. Below the downloads section, you'll find two different sizes to choose from: one with a lower tone and another with a higher tone. To achieve the loudest effect, I recommend covering your ears as shown in the video and blowing as hard as possible - though it will function with less force than that. I hope you enjoy this print just as much as I did! Printing Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.25mm layer height for the model, but any setting works Infill: 15% - 25% - printing with higher infill may make it feel sturdier, but in my experience, it doesn't make a significant difference Notes: Generally, printing this without a raft should work fine, as I've successfully printed it in PLA, ABS, and wood. Video Example Make sure to turn your volume down.
