A height adjustable 58mm coffee distribution tool. Place on a portafilter filled with coffee grinds, then spin to evenly distribute before tamping.Features88 prong placement options for customisable coffee de-clumping and distribution.Height adjustable. If holes print too small, check that your first player isn't being squished. Also consider using Horizontal Expansion (Cura) or XY Size Compensation (Prusa Slicer).For best surface finishA layer height of 0.2mm (pictured) or lower. Lower layer heights may impact strength.Set z-seam to align in one direction (i.e. ‘back’ relative to the model). The seam will then show as one straight seam line instead of it appearing in multiple spots around each model.Other tested settings50% infill tested. Lower settings may work, but will impact rigidity.No supports required if sliced in the correct orientation. AssemblyScrew the Ring onto the Base. Do not tighten.Screw threaded side of the Bottom onto the Base to your desired height (this can be changed later).Adjust the Ring to fit against the Base snugly. This allows you to lock the Base at your desired height.Add dulled prongs from the top of the Base in your desired configuration. See images for suggested 11 prong Add the Retainer, aligning the stumps with the holes in the Base. Carefully bend the prong handles to fit through the elongated holes. The Retainer should click into the Base if the print tolerances are accurate.Sourcing prongsThe prongs pictured are 0.4mm 3D printer nozzle cleaning needles that have been manually dulled with a whetstone.
