Eccentric Nut

Eccentric Nut

thingiverse

This is a quirky solution to fine-tune the pressure on your wheels for your 3D printer carriages or other moving parts. The design takes inspiration from the item sold by robotdigg, specifically the Openbuilds Decentration Post product (https://www.robotdigg.com/product/626/Openbuilds-decentration-post). If waiting for shipping is not an option, you can simply print it yourself! To build Hadyn Huntley's delta designed Kumu-3D printer, you'll need three of these eccentric nuts. In fact, using six would provide even more stability with the back plate on the carriage in the Kumu design (http://www.kumu-3d.com).
