Eccentric glass door handle lock
thingiverse
Searched online for a custom glass door lock and couldn't find one that met my needs, so I designed and printed my own using ABS. The lock is intended to secure a 6mm thick glass door and features a stainless steel tube with an 8mm diameter inserted through the hole, allowing for a M6 bolt to fasten it in place. This is version three of the design, which includes improvements to material thickness in certain areas and a shorter base for a snugger fit. After some sanding, I plan to add a "fumed" finish to achieve a smooth surface. The model has been updated with softer lines to create a more visually appealing design. Please note that the STL file is designed for mounting on the left side of the glass door; if you need to mount it on the right side, simply mirror the model along the Y-axis using Cura or another slicing software. I'll be posting a photo of the lock in action soon, demonstrating its functionality and overall design.
