This fidget spinner is engineered to frustrate anyone who takes a close look: it has an off-center bearing, nut traps that are also off-center, one arm that's shorter than the others, and arms that aren't evenly spaced at 120° angles from each other. It's built to be almost perfectly balanced (in theory, it would be if the 3D-printed part weighed nothing) despite its numerous flaws.
