EC3 Pin Popper

EC3 Pin Popper

This EC3 Pin Popper is designed to do just that. Help pop the pins out of the plug side and the tube side of the blue EC3 battery and ESC connectors. The wire side of the plug popper should allow wire up to about 3.5mm diameter into the slots. The wire can be then laid down into the base so that when the A and B side of the pin popper are put together, they can be placed in a vise and compressed just enough to pop the pins lose. The pictures included hopefully show this. I designed it in TinkerCad, and sliced it in Cura 4.8.0 using the ANET E10 profile. I modified temp settings as indicated for the PETG. I printed a normal setting (.15) but with 100% infill for strength. I printed with a brim just because the parts being small seem to stick a little better. I use 230c on the nozzle and 60c on the bed. Nothing really special but this makes for a really solid part for me. This has really helped me get these old plugs off so I can convert to the xt60s that I now use. Any questions just let me know.
