EC11 to MX Switchplate Adapter

This adapter makes it simple to place a rotary encoder into a Cherry MX-compatible switch plate for mechanical keyboard builds. I've been dealing with the issue of having to somehow mount an EC11 in a spot that's usually used for an MX-style switch, since that hole is significantly larger than the shape of the encoder. After several rounds of measuring and testing, this adapter seems to do the job perfectly. I hope this will be helpful to other handwired mech keyboard builders out there!
