Ebrebot Mini

thingiverse

This is an ideal modular educational robot designed for use with small volume 3D printers like the Up Mini 2. Its purpose is to introduce teenagers to robotics by programming it to complete challenges on ground circuits or maps. The control unit features an Arduino Uno card paired with a customized multi-purpose Imagina Shield created by the Robolot Team from Olot, Girona. A differential drive system utilizes two geared continuous rotation motors, while the frontal spoiler has a dedicated area for installing two reflective IR sensors to convert the robot into a line follower. The third wheel is a 16mm marble ballcaster secured by a rear support. This design allows the chassis core to fit within a small 3D printer's space. All joints are secured with M3 metric bolts and nuts. Power comes from a mobile phone powerbank, conveniently housed inside the chassis for an affordable rechargeable battery solution.
