Various 3D-printed parts have been made for an eBike, specifically a HASA Comp3.0 mountain bike with a Magic Pie-2 motor. These include a clamping junction box that protects the wiring, a micro-switch mount to detect the brake lever's home position, and a cruise control switch mount. The original parts did not fit conveniently in the last two instances, necessitating custom solutions. Some adjustments were made to the 3D models, such as rescaling, modifying the lid design, and trimming plastic or adding carbon fiber rods for better fitment. These modifications have been fixed on the files but may require testing. The switch mechanisms in the parts require minimal movement to activate the braking systems effectively.
