ebike

I designed an e-bike using a high-torque RC motor (3kW) and a large 8-segmented wheel pulley printed from durable material. This innovative setup allows for efficient transmission in just one stage. To bring my vision to life, I utilized a VESC (Vector Electronic Speed Controller), which enables seamless control over the e-bike's performance. Additionally, I 3D-printed a custom battery case and a protective enclosure for the VESC itself. Several connectivity plates were also fabricated using this versatile technology. One of the standout features of my e-bike is its regenerative braking system, which captures kinetic energy and converts it into usable power. This not only enhances the bike's overall efficiency but also provides an exhilarating riding experience. Riders can monitor their speed, power output, and battery charge level in real-time using the VESCTool app on their smartphone.
