Printed on: Anycub Mega-S 0.2 layer height 55mm/s 100% infill no rafts or supports. PLA 180 degrees No bed heating The screw hole required adjustments and drilling after printing, necessitating an increase in diameter. I purchased a 1000W DIY e-bike kit from Cyclotricity, sold by Powerbikes in the UK. The kit included a 16ah 48V battery for my Radon ZR Race bike, a 29er hardtail. The frame mount on the battery was functional but ultimately proved inadequate when I dropped my bike while practicing wheelies, resulting in damage to the mount. Consequently, I began searching for solutions to prevent this issue in the future. As a rookie MTB rider prone to falls and drops, I sought ways to improve stability. To address these concerns, I designed and 3D printed a support bracket that significantly enhanced battery stability. Following a few weeks of testing, I plan to upgrade the design by adding more surface area and rounding its edges.
